• Chronopost express delivery within 24 hours (Metropolitan France excluding Corsica, working days only): € 12
Delivery is against signature. You will receive an e-mail from Chronopost where you can change the delivery day or request a deposit at a relay point if necessary.

RETURNS POSSIBLE WITHIN 30 DAYS
Please note that from 14/08/2023, returns of underwear and swimwear will no longer be possible for reasons of hygiene in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.RETURN FOR REFUND
The refund will be made to the account associated with the bank card used during payment. In the case of payment by transfer, we will get back to you.
RETURN PROCEDURE FROM METROPOLITAN FRANCE AND CORSICA
The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, new, unworn, unwashed.
For any return, you will need to send an e-mail to the address returns@male-identity.com mentioning :
- the order number,
- the reference of the returned item and the reason,
- the type of reimbursement,
- the return method: La poste or Mondial Relay
You will receive by e-mail a prepaid return slip to stick on your package to make the return.
In the case of an exchange, you will need to follow the free return procedure and place a new order.
RETURN PROCEDURE OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE AND CORSICA
The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, new, unworn, unwashed.

UNDER WHAT DEADLINES
Upon receipt of your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You will receive your voucher or refund within 14 days of receiving your package.
